  Very professional sales people, George was great! We would definitely consider them for our next mattress. The store was very clean (newly built) and modern with a lot of technology used throughout.

  We paid many thousands for a new sleep number bed. They charged our credit card immediately even though delivery was scheduled several weeks out. The delivery team couldn't get out of here fast enough and never fully set up the controls for my wife's side of the bed. Then in September there was a foot warmer recall and we were told to disconnect the foot warmer until they could schedule a fix. Then 3 months later they arrive with a "fix" that still doesn't work on my wife's side. We were put through to a help desk that couldn't find our purchase or customer number so they had my wife crawl under the bed to find a registration number on the frame. Then said we would have to contact the warranty provider. For the amount paid this is unacceptable service.
